We are a multi-specialty multi-lingual medical specialist centre with a broad range of specialties and allied health disciplines. We specialise in Immigration specialist opinions (Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Fibroscan, Respiratory, Tuberculosis) and we have an endoscopy centre (Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy, Bronchoscopy). Our passion is to support charitable health awareness events. Our partners include: Auckland Chinese Medical Association (ACMA), University of Auckland, Counties Manukau Health (CMH), New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine (NZCCM).
We are centrally located with on site parking, good access to public transport (bus, train).
Our Services
Fibroscan is a non-invasive test to look at your liver to see if there is any evidence of scarring as well as fat content. This test is painless and is done in a few minutes. Seeking correct medical information is important so that we can see the appropriate healthcare professional when we are faced with a medical problem. We often turn to the internet, however how do we know who to believe and what is right. One of our goals is to improve Health awareness, especially to the Chinese community. We have been doing this by giving health talks at various events.
We work closely with the Auckland Chinese Medical Association (ACMA) which is a charitable entity that participates in community health events. We have an important event coming up at the Greenlane Christian Centre.
The Chinese Health Awareness Initiative New Zealand (CHAINZ) www.chainz.org.nz has useful information for Chinese New Zealanders on a broad range of health matters. CHAINZ has a Youtube channel which also has informative videos in Chinese.
