Dr Sanjay Pandanaboyana is a General and laparoscopic surgeon specialising in Gallbladder, Hernia, Pancreas and Liver surgery.

Dr Sanjay Pandanaboyana was appointed as a specialist General, Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic and Transplant Surgeon in 2015 at Auckland City Hospital. In addition, he have a University appointment as Senior Lecturer in Surgery in the University of Auckland. He undertook his specialist registrar training in the East of Scotland and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2012. Subsequent to completion of registrar training, he undertook advanced fellowship training in General, Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic surgery and Transplant Surgery in reputed centres in the United Kingdom including St James Hospital, Leeds and Royal infirmary of Edinburgh.
