Dr Cheng Huang graduated with a medical degree from the University of Bristol (UK) before undertaking postgraduate medical training in Manchester, England. She then relocated to New Zealand for the Dermatology training in Auckland and Hamilton.

Dr Cheng Huang completed 18 months of clinical fellowship at St George Hospital, Premier Dermatology Clinical Trial Centre, Sydney Melanoma Diagnostic Centre and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, Australia. She is currently working as a consultant dermatologist in Middlemore Hospital.

A fluent Mandarin speaker, Dr Cheng Huang is pleased to be able to communicate with Chinese patients in their native language, helping them to understand the details of their care.
